Pretty Notepad

I'm a big note taker/list maker. I have a list going all the time. I would even say my life is one never ending list. If it doesn't get written down it doesn't get done. I've tried to teach my husband this but he has failed to catch on. If he asks me to get something specific at the store I say "Put it on the list" and yet he never does. Therefore, I rarely remember to get it. You would think after 14 years he would have learned by now! :) So these little altered notebooks were right up my alley.

First Project With My Bind-It-All

Well, I broke down and bought a Bind-It-All. I've seen it used on a lot of projects lately and I used it in a class at Archiver's once but I wasn't sure I would use enough to pay that much money for it. But when I saw this little coaster project I knew I had to have it (the 30% off coupon helped me to decide too!)). I'm glad I got it too because the instruction disc that came with it had so many cool projects that I know I will be making soon.

Supplies:
2 coasters
DP- Diecuts With A View
CS- SU: Old Olive, WW

I Guess Everything's OK

I've heard from several of you saying that you're still receiving my posts, so I guess every thing's OK with my Feedburner subscriber. I'm assuming that when I go to the Feedburner site it is just saying that there are zero subscribers but in actuality they are still there. Oh well, we'll just see how it goes from here.
I will be posting some very cute projects in the next few days so stay tuned! Mary

Subscribers Alert!

A week or so ago one of the blogs I subscribe to said that they were having trouble with their site manager or something. So I was just checking mine to see if everything was ok. When I logged into Feedburner it said I had Zero Subscribers instead of the 31 that I had just had about 3-4 weeks ago. Well, I know I'm not the best out there or anything but I can't believe that all 31 of my subscribers would have left me in less than a month. :) So this leads me to think that something might have gone wrong with Feedburner and it cancelled my subscribers or something. So if this happened to you and you're wondering why you haven't gotten any posts from me lately that's probably why and you will have to re-subscribe. I hope that you've found your way back here and that you will want to join my blog again!! :) Mary

Thank You Gift Set

Hi there! Hope you're all enjoying the weekend. It's very hot here so we've been staying inside mostly, except for my son's football evaluations. Poor kid, he was really sweating out there but he stayed with it without complaints. This is a monogrammed thank you set that I made for a daughter of a co-worker. She is getting married in about a month and I thought she could always use some thank yous with her new last name initial. They are simple because I wanted them to be unisex. The colors are very classy though I think. I hope she and her groom like them.

Supplies:
CS- SU: Sahara Sand, BB

Images- Papertrey Ink: b&c monogram edition and ambassador monogram; and Inkadinkado
Clear box- Papertrey Ink
Circle punches- SU and Nestie die
