This gift bag is just like one that I made not too long ago except this one uses Halloween DP. It uses a design by Cambria Turnbow from Stamp a Little Love Baby! Very simple and easy design but gives a great look. If you go to her site and look under the Designer Bags post you'll find the directions. Give it a try!
